This is a practical training workshop where we get hands-on right away. We learn and test the most important facilitation techniques through real-life co-creation and discussion management. The team also has the opportunity to solve real-life challenges that are important to their team during the training.

The training is intended for managers, team members, and anyone who wants to make their regular or hybrid meetings and discussions more effective and use more co-creation and various workshops in their work.
Time: By appointment , 9:30-16:30 (includes two breaks and lunch).
Location: Various options available upon agreement with the customer.
Format: practical training workshop where participants acquire basic facilitation knowledge through real-world practice.
Number of participants and group size by agreement.
The training price includes:
Training materials, with an overview of the most important topic points and exercises.
Summary of the results of group discussions that were resolved during the co-creation training.
Follow-up session with the group: approx. 1 month after the training, an opportunity to discuss topics and share experiences with the group to consolidate what has been learned.

Tiina is a certified workshop facilitator and co-creation expert who is passionate about helping teams enjoy their work more through developing facilitation skills.
Tiina has extensive experience as a marketing and HR manager in the finance and technology sectors. Today, Tiina helps organizations and teams achieve strategic clarity, make important decisions, and solve challenges through guided co-creation and various workshops at Futurist.
