Would you like to use more workshops instead of meetings?
Do you sometimes feel that:
You discuss the same topic for weeks in different meetings, but still don't reach a result.
It is difficult to involve all participants and the same people tend to speak.
You have a lot of ideas, but it's difficult to decide what to work on next.
Decisions made at the end of the meeting are confusing and often not implemented.
If any of these sound familiar, your team may benefit from using workshops and developing the necessary discussion management or facilitation skills.
Facilitation is a skill of the future
Workshops are a powerful way to discuss complex issues, find new solutions, and reach decisions together. Facilitation skills will help you lead workshops in a way that ensures that every participant contributes, that focus is maintained, and that the outcome is clear and structured.
As a result of the training :
a clearer understanding of when to use a workshop and when a regular meeting is sufficient
the team can plan and conduct targeted workshops that lead to clear results
Different discussion methods are deliberately used to engage participants and maintain focus
The team's confidence and ability to manage collaboration even in the midst of change increases.
