Hello!
We are Futurist – your partner for AI implementation, training, and strategic design and innovation. We use design thinking and guided processes to help you move from ideas to clear decisions and solutions faster.
Our story began in 2018 with the development of user experience (UX design) for digital services. We soon saw that traditional processes were too slow and scattered for months of bouncing the ball between teams. The solution was a design sprint 🚀 , an innovation accelerator that does months of work in just four days.
That's where we also discovered the power of facilitation, meaning that if you bring the right people into the room and the process is guided, solutions are created much faster.
Over the years, various workshops have been added - strategy days, innovation, marketing, customer and employee experience workshops. We also provide various trainings so that teams can develop their own design thinking and facilitation skills.
Today we are combining three areas into one:

Developing skills so that teams can lead innovation themselves.

AI strateeg, koolitaja ning partner
Andres on kogenud IT koolitaja ja sertifitseeritud AI juht (CAIMI), UX disainer, Äripäeva Akadeemia ja IT koolituse koolitaja, kes on pälvis aastal 2020 ka Äripäeva IT-koolituse aasta koolitaja tiitli.
Andres on viinud läbi üle 150 töötoa, Google disainisprindi ning avaliku- ja sisekoolituse, aidates organisatsioonidel lahendada keerukaid väljakutseid AI, disainmõtlemise ja praktilise koosloome kaudu. Enne Futuristi loomist 2018. aastal töötas Andres UX disainerina Tietos ning Balti toote- ja müügijuhina Toyota ja Lexuses, mis on andnud Andresele tellija mõistmise vaate.
Tiina Hiller
Workshop facilitator and trainer and partner
Tiina is a certified workshop facilitator and trainer with extensive experience as a marketing and HR manager in financial and technology companies. Today, Tiina helps organizations and teams achieve strategic clarity and reach important decisions through guided co-creation and workshops at Futurist. Tiina is also passionate about spreading facilitation skills and conducts various trainings on co-creation, discussion management, and improving meeting culture.
