The training is designed for teams, managers, and all team members who want to make their meetings and discussions more effective. The training is suitable for both one team and members of different teams who want to improve the effectiveness of their meetings together.

Koolituse formaat

  • Practical workshop training in one, where participants can learn and apply the acquired knowledge in practice.

  • Duration: 1 day (approx. 6 hours, plus lunch and two breaks)

  • Number of participants: Group size up to 15 participants. For larger groups, we can divide the training into smaller groups or involve two facilitators-trainers.

  • Flexibility : If necessary, the training can be divided into two half days or adjusted into sessions as needed.

  • Location: Training rooms are agreed with the client, taking into account the size and needs of the group.
