Conditions for registering for the training

Registration for training
Registration is done via the registration form on the Futurist.ee website or by email. Please fill in the necessary information for registration correctly so that we can confirm your participation and send you an invoice and other important information.

Paying for training
Payment for the training will be made based on an invoice sent by Futurist Estonia OÜ. The invoice will be sent to the email address you have indicated as the “Payer” contact on the registration form. Payment must be made before the start of the training, unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation of registration for training and no-show
If for some reason you are unable to attend the training, please let us know as soon as possible by writing to hello@futurist.ee .

• If you cancel your participation at least 14 days before the start of the training, we will refund the participation fee in full.

• If the cancellation occurs less than 14 days before the start of the training, we will apply a refund restriction based on the expenses incurred (e.g. ordered learning materials, costs related to premises, etc.).

• If you do not show up for the training or do not notify us, the participation fee will not be refunded.

Cancellation or postponement of training by the organizer
Futurist Estonia OÜ reserves the right to postpone or cancel the training if the number of participants is not sufficient. In such a case, we will inform the participants at least 7 days before the start of the training by email or phone.
If the training is canceled for reasons attributable to the organizer, the participation fee will be refunded in full.

Data processing and privacy
We use the data collected during registration only to organize the training and provide the necessary information for this purpose. The data is processed in accordance with the applicable privacy policy. You can read more about our privacy policy here.

Accepting the terms and conditions
By registering for the training, you confirm that you have read and agree to the provisions of these terms and conditions.
