It's not about the meeting, it's about how we manage our discussions and group processes. This is where facilitation comes into play, a skill that helps create and guide co-creation from ideas to decisions and solutions.

Facilitation is not just about “better meetings.” It is the ability to design and lead co-creation processes that engage participants to solve complex challenges, develop products or services, and drive innovation.
The daily work of a futurist is based on design thinking processes, and in this program we have integrated practical facilitation skills with the challenge of daily team work.
You will learn to design and lead various co-creation sessions and workshops so that:
the purpose, structure and process are well thought out,
all participants contribute and collective wisdom is exploited,
focus and energy remain,
ideas become decisions and decisions become steps,
The results are implemented, not left on paper.
How is the program structured?
🎥 Video lectures: pre-recorded video lectures that you can complete at your own pace and at a time that suits you. A new video every week.
👩🏼💻 Live online sessions: take place every Wednesday or Thursday from 18:30-20:00 on Zoom , where we discuss topics and practice tools. Those who cannot attend can watch the recording .
📚 Materials and templates: reusable frameworks, templates, scripts (Miro, G-Doc, G-Slides) that help you design and manage your discussions.
💬 1:1 individual session: 1-hour individual session with a trainer, at a time convenient for you after the training program.

Tiina is a certified workshop facilitator and co-creation expert who is passionate about helping teams enjoy their work more through developing facilitation skills.
Tiina has extensive experience as a marketing and HR manager in the finance and technology sectors. Today, Tiina helps organizations and teams achieve strategic clarity, make important decisions, and solve challenges through guided co-creation and various workshops at Futurist.

Co-trainer
Andres is an experienced IT trainer and certified facilitator, as well as a UX designer, who was also awarded the title of Äripäev IT Training Trainer of the Year in 2020.
Andres has conducted over 150 workshops, Google Design Sprints, and public and internal training, helping organizations solve complex challenges through design thinking and AI-centric workflows. Before founding Futurist in 2018, Andres worked as a UX designer at Tieto and as a Baltic Product and Sales Manager at Toyota and Lexus, which has given Andres a customer-understanding perspective.
